How it Works
Hosting is simple:

Day of the event:
We will arrive one hour before the scheduled start time to set up and connect with the host. Your event is all about you and your guests. I am happy to go with the flow and help create a the perfect experience. Whether you want a relaxed, free-flowing event or a structured session, I’ll adapt to your vision!

PRIVATE EVENT POLICY

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both hosts and guests, please review the policies below.
Deposit & Minimum Booking
A deposit starting at $100 is required to secure your event date. This deposit is credited toward purchases made during your event.
For smaller gatherings, a $200 minimum purchase (before tax) is required. Larger events may require a higher minimum and deposit, determined on a case-by-case basis.
Special event pricing packages may be available depending on event type, size, and number of guests. Package details and pricing are discussed individually prior to booking.
If the minimum purchase requirement is not met, the host is responsible for covering the difference.
Event Time Frame
Private events include up to 3 hours of service.
If there is steady demand and continuous purchases exceeding the minimum, service may continue beyond 3 hours at my discretion.
If activity slows and there is a lull in service, the event may conclude at the 3-hour mark.
Additional time may be accommodated when possible.
Payment Policy
Guests may either:
Pay individually at time of service, or
The host may choose to cover the full event total at the end.
A credit card is kept on file to secure all private event bookings.
At the conclusion of the event, an itemized summary of all purchases will be provided. Any remaining balance is due immediately at the end of the event.
If the host elects to cover the full event total, the host assumes financial responsibility for all services and purchases made during the event. Any unpaid balance may be charged to the card on file.
Custom & Bulk Engraving Orders
Custom engraved charms and bulk engraved items must be pre-ordered and prepaid in advance. Production begins prior to the event and items will be prepared for pickup or installation at your private event.

All custom and bulk engraved items are non-refundable once production begins.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change and will do our best to accommodate rescheduling when possible.
14+ days’ notice: Your deposit will transfer to a new event date.
Less than 14 days’ notice: 50% of deposit is forfeited, and 50% will be credited for new date.
If an event is rescheduled a second time, a new deposit is required with no prior credit applied.
A new event date must be selected within 7days of rescheduling, subject to availability. If no new date is confirmed within this timeframe, the remainder of deposit will be forfeited.
For large-scale events such as weddings, additional flexibility may be granted at our discretion.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
On-Site Engraving (Optional Add-On)
On-site engraving is available by request only.
