Private Events

Hosting is simple:

• Please fill out our contact form to include the following information:

  • Where-Your event location

  • When- Your preferred date & time

  • How many guests-Estimated number of attendees

  • Occasion-Let us know what you’re celebrating!

  • Dress Code-If the event has a specific theme or formal attire, I’ll match the vibe

  • Specific services requests-Permanent jewelry, custom engraving or both

  • Special Accommodations- Any requests to make your event extra special!

• Day of the event:

  • We will arrive one hour before the scheduled start time to set up and connect with the host. Your event is all about you and your guests. I am happy to go with the flow and help create a the perfect experience. Whether you want a relaxed, free-flowing event or a structured session, I’ll adapt to your vision!

  • Guests may pay per individual transaction upon service or one lump sum at the end of the night

To ensure a smooth experience for both hosts and guests, please review our private event policies below.

Deposit & Minimum Booking

• A $100 deposit is required to secure your event date. This deposit will be credited toward purchases made at your event

• A $300 minimum purchase is required (before tax)

Payment Policy

• Guests may choose to pay individually per transaction, or the host may cover the total bill in one lump sum at the end of the event.

• A credit card will be kept on file to secure the booking

• At the end of the event, I will provide a detailed, itemized log/receipt for all purchases made

• If the $300 minimum purchase requirement is not met, the host will be responsible for covering the difference.

Time Frame Policy

• Private events include up to 3 hours of service.

• If there is steady demand (continuous purchases above the $300 minimum), I am more than happy to stay longer.

• If there is a lull in sales after 3 hours, the event will conclude. Additional time may be accommodated at my discretion.

Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate rescheduling when possible:

• More than 2 weeks' notice: $50 of your deposit is forfeited, and $50 will be credited toward your rescheduled event.

• Less than 2 weeks' notice: Original $100 deposit is forfeited, and a new $100 deposit is required to secure a new date (which is credited toward rescheduled event).

• If you reschedule a second time, a new deposit will be required with no credit carried over.

• The new date of the event must be booked within 48 hours of rescheduling. If there is no confirmed date after 48 hours, your deposit is considered to be forfeited.

Other Important Details

• Custom engraving orders can be requested ahead of time for private events.

• Travel fees may apply for events outside of our usual service area.

• Promotions and specials may differ from public events
